XGIMI Elfin | Help Children Understand the World

The XGIMI Elfin has made countless moments bigger worldwide, in homes, offices, gyms, and even schools. Today, we share a heartwarming story about how Elfin introduced an insightful learning experience to kindergarteners at a German school. We had a conversation with Norman, a teacher there, who detailed how impactful Elfin has been in helping his students understand the world better through technology.

Norman has always been fond of projector technology, spending his free time researching new devices. After discovering Elfin, he brought it to his class to create a more interactive learning environment for his students. Before, Norman learned that many children watch content without being monitored. “They even watch shows and movies that their older siblings frequently enjoy, which is sometimes unsuitable for their age.” – Norman told XGIMI.

Having access to a projector in the classroom allows them to enjoy appropriate shows, documentaries, and movies with other kids, like PAW Patrol, one of their favorite cartoons. Afterward, Norman usually holds light-hearted discussions with the kids, encouraging them to describe the plot or specific characters. This helps them stay engaged throughout the entire viewing experience. 

Elfin introduced new learning opportunities to his students. Together, they created a short video demonstrating how to use and set up the projector. They covered everything from inserting the batteries into the remote to powering Elfin on and finding the ideal place to project. “They were so excited to see their hands opening the box and their creation projected on the big screen. It was a real joy witnessing them so actively involved and interested.” – Norman

Norman believes by learning to create content, instead of always watching it, they can showcase their ideas on a grander scale. Consequently, they built stronger bonds with one another.
